Joe Dudley is Co-Founder, President and CEO, of Dudley Products, Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturers of ethnic hair care products, beauty care products, and provider of cosmetology training. Taking $10, Mr. Dudley built a successful and profitable $30 million dollar empire. Beginning with manufacturing facilities in his own kitchen with his wife and children being the employees, the company now has an 80,000 square foot corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility employing 400 people.

However, Mr. Dudley is much more than a successful entrepreneur. He is known nationally and internationally as an inspirational speaker and humanitarian who spends much of his time identifying needs and giving back to the community and mankind. One of the goals that Mr. Dudley actively pursues today is to help people maximize their potential and achieve success.

Dr. Bailey is the Vice President for DLTI and was formerly Special Assistant to the CEO of Dudley Products, Inc. Dr. Bailey earned his doctorate degree at the age of 24 from the University of Illinois where he was a Danforth Fellow. He has taught and served as administrator at several institutions of higher learning—most recently at Winston-Salem State University where he was Dean of the Division of Business and Economics for eight years.

Dr. Bailey’s favorite presentation is “Succeeding With Your Super-Self” in which he presents the master formula for getting what you want by starting with what you have NOW. Why haven’t I done better? What do I want and why? What are the laws and the master formula for success? Do I ever really fail? These are the themes and keys to success that Dr. Bailey lives by and teaches around the world.

Ms. Hayes is Vice President of Sales for DLTI and manager of the Direct Sales Division of Dudley Products, Inc. She has over 20 years of experience in areas including National Sales Trainer (professional route division), opening beauty salons, and troubleshooting. Ms. Hayes has conducted seminars in over 28 states as well as internationally. She spent 3 years in Zimbabwe, Africa and opened two beauty schools while there. Additionally, she set up a Student Exchange Program, worked with the US Embassy for Economic Development and coordinated International Programs for Zimbabwean students and stylists. With extensive experience developing new sales territories, Ms. Hayes has a wealth of information to share about establishing long-term relationships with clients, which ultimately lead to increased sales and profits.

Mr. Melvin is the Assistant to the CEO of Dudley Products, Inc. as well as being an instructor for DLTI. He has an excess of 33 years of experience in Direct Sales and Route Sales, and caps that off with experience as a National Sales Trainer. On a personal level, he has enjoyed success on many occasions founding businesses in a variety of fields including a car dealership, a florist, a driving school and a bail bonding business. Mr. Melvin teaches with the authority of experience regarding understanding your business investments and taking your investments to the next level. His goal is that students leave with the knowledge of how to do more than keep their money—they learn how to multiply their money through the use of investment strategies.
